Monday 30th August 1574[]
Wellby told me of another ambitious group. A reserved halfling, an optimistic human, a nervous tiefling, and a driven half orc are taking a shot at that bounty by Mr Cealvin. I mean good luck to them, that other group looked pretty promising so they'll really need to go at it hard.
A couple of people reported having some coin stolen shortly after their meeting at the Goodbarrel. Curious no? I read somewhere that coincidences are a fallacy in mans fascination in patterns and greater meaning. All I'm saying is that some people in desperate need of coin just so happened to be in the same area at that same time as these robberies. Also fairly convenient that they've since skipped town. Whatever, I'm just suspicious I guess. Besides I've no proof.
I'd heard they spent a good 40 minutes inspecting a tree just out of town. Stinging beetles and rickety branches are fascinating to some I guess.
Then there was that camp. We're still figuring that out. A halfing coming from Brookshear left rumour in Wellington of a strange group of people in that area, I wonder if the two are at all related. Again, you've heard my opinion on coincidences. I wouldn't have gone near that camp, especially the weird clay mound. I don't know how they slept there, I would be completely restless. Weird shit like that creeps me out. Apparently one of them found a turtle in the area and turned it into soup.

Webbing in a tree cluster. Pack caught high up in the web. Fail to climb, spiders attack. Kill spiders, Estella stealth mode. Victor launch Estella, continues to climb, grabs the pack, jumps down ontop of Victor and Rugo.
